At GreenHoard®, we manufacture innovative, reusable, and recyclable hoarding & fencing systems that help construction projects across the UK reduce waste, improve sustainability, and maintain professional site security standards.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven UK Sales Executive to help expand our customer base across the construction supply chain.
This is a UK-wide field sales role focused on developing relationships with:
- Fencing contractors
- Tool & plant hire companies
- Scaffolding suppliers
- Construction hire companies
- Construction distributors and merchants
You’ll be expected to travel throughout the UK visiting customers, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening existing relationships, while attending our head office in Skelmersdale once per week.
The Role
As a UK Sales Executive, you will play a key role in growing GreenHoard’s presence within the UK construction and hire sectors.
You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, promoting our sustainable hoarding & fencing systems, and helping customers transition from traditional timber solutions to more sustainable alternatives.
This role would suit somebody with experience in:
- Construction sales
- Hire industry sales
- Temporary works
- Fencing or site security products
- Plant/tool hire
- Builders merchants
- Construction distribution
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the UK
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Build relationships with contractors, hire companies, and supply chain partners
- Attend customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Promote GreenHoard® sustainable hoarding & fencing systems
- Generate quotations and follow up sales opportunities
- Work closely with internal sales and operations teams
- Maintain a strong pipeline of projects and opportunities
- Represent the GreenHoard® brand professionally within the industry
- Help drive national growth within key target sectors
What We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for somebody who is:
- Self-motivated and driven
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Confident building relationships at all levels
- Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
- Organised and proactive
- Willing to travel UK wide
Essential:
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience within construction, hire, or industrial sectors
Desirable:
- Experience selling into fencing, hire, or construction supply chains
- Knowledge of temporary fencing, hoarding, or site equipment
- Existing industry contacts
